Task
Our challenge in this project was to consolidate what had previously been a manual process, into an automated one through a clear and easy to manage online experience for plumbers and teams to get the compliance documents they needed for each job or work site. We worked closely with the client to understand their product, billing process and industry levels of categorisation so we could build a system that would serve them into the future.
